Standard pricing includes removal and disposal of the existing unit, supply and installation of the new system, standard pipework and valves, standard electrical disconnect/reconnect, commissioning and Form 4.
Additional costs may apply where the job requires relocation, major pipework alterations, electrical circuit or switchboard work, difficult access, structural/base modifications or other non-standard work. We’ll explain any additional requirements before proceeding.

Pricing includes removal and disposal of the existing hot water system, supply and installation of the replacement unit, standard new pipework and valves required for a compliant replacement, the standard electrical connection appropriate to the selected system, commissioning and Form 4.
Where existing pipework, valves, electrical connections or other components are unsuitable, non-compliant or need alteration beyond the standard replacement allowance, we’ll explain any additional work before proceeding.
